Welcome to our online pre-order only pizza haven! Here's how it works: every week, we cook up a fresh batch of delicious, handcrafted pizzas, each with its own theme—think Neapolitan, NY-style, or Detroit-style. We’re all about experimenting with new flavors, and each week, you'll find a unique, one-off "experimental" pizza on the menu!
Our schedule changes week-to-week, with different days and hours for each theme. At the start of each month, we announce our upcoming pizza lineup and open up orders for the month ahead. You’ll find all the details on our website and on social media.
To order, simply head to our website, choose your date and time, select your pizza(s), and that’s it! Please note: we’re strictly pick-up only, with no deliveries or on-site dining. This allows us to focus on making each pizza perfect for you to enjoy at home. We can’t wait to share our pizza passion with you—order soon, and taste what’s cooking this week!
About Us
Hi, I’m Mitch! Pizza isn’t just a meal to me—it’s a passion I’ve spent years perfecting. From hand-making dough that ferments for three days to using organic San Marzano tomatoes and home-grown herbs, I put love and care into every pizza I create. Each ingredient is carefully chosen for its quality, and I make everything from scratch, including my homemade organic mozzarella.
The heart of my craft is to share this love of pizza and cooking with you. I’m able to focus on quality over quantity, experimenting with new flavors and styles to bring you something special every week. I’d love to share the years of passion I’ve poured into pizza with you—one delicious slice at a time!

At NAPO, we are proud to operate as a licensed Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO), authorized byLos Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH). Our home-based kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations required by the LACDPH to ensure that our food is safe, high-quality, and compliant with all legal standards.
